Who sends and who receives

OfferNDrive (Yan Zhou d/b/a OfferNDrive) uses an AI assistant to call car dealerships on behalf of buyers requesting vehicle price quotes. Text messages are sent from +1 610-726-0942 only to dealership staff who ask, during that call, to receive the quote by text.

Verbal opt-in script

If a dealership staff member asks to receive the quote by text during the call, the assistant reads:

“Would it be alright if OfferNDrive sends you a text message with the price quote we discussed? Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. May I have your permission to opt you in?”

Confirmation of enrollment

If the recipient says yes, the assistant confirms: “Thank you, you’re opted in. You’ll receive a confirmation text now.” An automated confirmation is sent immediately:

“OfferNDrive: you are opted in to receive SMS about your quote. Msg and data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Privacy: https://offerndrive.com/privacy”

What we send, and opting out

  • Consent is recorded with the call recording.
  • Messages are limited to the requested quote and replies about it. No marketing messages are sent.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
  • We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties.
