OfferNDrive is a platform that helps users negotiate car purchases by:

  • Searching for vehicles from multiple dealers
  • Generating AI-powered negotiation emails
  • Tracking dealer responses and quotes
  • Comparing prices across dealers

Important: OfferNDrive is a tool to assist in car negotiations. We are NOT a car dealer, broker, or financial institution. We do not sell cars or arrange financing.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or abuse the Service
  • Review and verify all AI-generated emails before sending
  • Conduct yourself professionally when communicating with dealers
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate negotiation emails. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is a suggestion, not legal or financial advice
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications
  • You should verify all claims and numbers before sending
  • The AI may occasionally generate inaccurate or inappropriate content
  • Final negotiation decisions are entirely your responsibility

5. Pricing and Payment

Free Tier

We offer a free tier that allows you to test the Service with limited features.

Paid Subscription

Full access is available for $30, valid for 3 months from purchase.

  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
  • No automatic renewal - you pay once for 3 months of access
  • Refunds may be available within 7 days (see Refund Policy below)

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have not used the Service extensively (fewer than 3 negotiations)
  • You experienced technical issues we could not resolve
  • The Service did not meet your reasonable expectations

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: While our Service is designed to help you negotiate better car prices, we cannot guarantee specific savings or that dealers will respond to your emails.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Our Service does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice. Consult appropriate professionals for such guidance.

THIRD-PARTY DATA: Vehicle listings come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or pricing of listed vehicles.

DEALER INDEPENDENCE: We are not affiliated with any car dealers. Dealers are independent businesses responsible for their own actions and commitments.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFERNDRIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, savings, or business opportunities
  • Dealer misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation
  • Errors in AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party actions or inactions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by OfferNDrive and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including negotiation data and communications.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Abuse or misuse the Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Harass dealers or other users

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
